The buyer orders goods through this website, indicating the type and quantity of goods to be ordered. The buyer has the option to pay for the product by paying the corresponding invoice prepared by the seller and sent to the buyer by e-mail. The invoice is prepared electronically and is valid without a signature.

Return or exchange of goods is possible if SIA "Fall in textile" has delivered a product that does not match the description and quality.

The buyer has the right to contact the seller with a claim for a delivered low-quality product within 14 days after making the purchase.

SIA "Fall in textile" supplies goods through SIA "Omniva" or SIA "DPD Latvija". The order is sent out within 2-4 working days from the receipt of the order. Delivery costs are borne by the Buyer.
